The preservation method of garlic rice

The mat preservation method. Wrap the garlic with a mat to ensure there are no gaps and isolate it from sunlight and air. This method can preserve the garlic for three months. 

Refrigerator refrigeration method. Peel the garlic, keep only one layer of outer skin, then put it into a fresh-keeping bag, remove the air from the bag, and refrigerate it in the refrigerator. It can also be stored for three months.

Sealed bag preservation method. Put the chopped garlic rice into a sealed bag, flatten it as much as possible and seal it. This method is convenient for storage and use. 

Oil seal storage method. Dry the moisture of the garlic rice, put it in a container, pour in enough oil to cover the minced garlic, then seal and refrigerate in the refrigerator. This method can keep the garlic rice for about 30 days. 

Dry storage method. Put the broken garlic into a plastic bag, squeeze out the air and seal it. At the same time, you can add salt, ginger, tea, and baking soda wrapped in tissues to the bag to extend the storage time. 

Can sealing preservation method. Use sealed jars to store garlic, regularly inspect and remove damaged parts, cover to keep dry and low oxygen concentration, and prevent sprouting.
